COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19 Update:

Dr. Hsu and staff continue to stay updated and practice full Covid-19 precautions as recommended by the California Department of Public Health and local public health authorities.

We place patient safety at the highest level and will do our part to provide a safe environment and deliver the safest level of care according to guidelines set forth by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and the ADA (American Dental Association).

The precautions we are taking include:

·      Mask wearing by all staff and all persons upon entry

·      Reduced capacity in the waiting area to ensure  social distancing

·      Staggered patient appointments to minimize number of people in the office

·      Enhanced EPA registered disinfection protocols after every patient encounter

·      Increased frequency of disinfection of entire office to include restrooms, administrative areas, and high-touch surfaces

·      Procedures performed under full personal protective equipment (i.e., N95 respirators, face shields, eye wear,  gowns, and gloves )

·      All clinic staff and patients are screened for any COVID and flu-like symptoms

·      Temperatures and COVID-19 screening for anyone entering our practice

·      All patients undergo a hand disinfection upon entering  office with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or hand wipes

·      Contactless hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in every operatory

·      Contactless online registration / health history
