Whether it's an extraction, a root canal, a crown, or some other procedure, having dental surgery is never a great experience. However, my recent surgical dental removal was a very positive and reassuring experience. Dr. Christensen Sicat-Hsu and her staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease, calm and comfortable through the whole process during which time the oral surgeon explained in detail every step of the way. The whole team was very professional, informative, compassionate, attentive, kind, and courteous, thus alleviating my anxiety and fear of the dental chair. I was treated with the utmost care and respect. I highly recommend this beautiful, with top-notch and state-of-the-art equipment, immaculate and orderly facility, the best place ever to have oral surgery. I am so thankful to have come across Dr. Hsu's office. I've been putting off wisdom tooth removal for a LONG time because I was afraid of any dental surgery my colleague had recommended me to her office, I'm in my 30s so as you know I've kept those bad boys in for a while (my wisdom teeth). From when I entered the place was peaceful, my consult was thorough and she explained everything to me about my oral surgery procedure, from the medications needed, to pre-op instructions, the sedations options and SUCH a great bedside manner. I've only had two dentist places where I felt like they cared, and it was safe which is my current dentist, and Dr. Hsu. I made the trip from Los Angeles, CA to Oceanside, CA for my care and I couldn't be happier.
